Limiting ridge height was a key consideration in obtaining planning permission for this home in a prominent coastal setting. This was achieved with a contemporary design utilising a flat roof system. The dwelling utilises an overhang that allows cover for an outdoor patio area that faces the sea, and gives the aesthetic of one box floating over another. It is expected that construction will commence later this year.
