Springmount Crescent is a wonderful development of homes in the glorious setting of Kinsale. The stunning views from the site showcase why the town is such a popular location. There is 22 homes being constructed in the first phase. All houses are designed to benefit from NZEB principles/A2 energy efficiency ratings.

BRH Design Partners have provided end to end services for the project including master planning the estate, designing the houses and completing architectural input for the planning application. A tender package was completed for the project. C-Field Construction were selected as the preferred bidder and BRH are now completing the architecture, structural engineering, design certifier, assigned certifier and PSDP services for the development. Phase 1 is expected to be completed later this year.
