The Orchards Residential Development

The Orchard is an exciting new development of stunningly designed family sized homes in the thriving village of Watergrasshill on the outskirts of Cork City. There will be a total of 58 homes constructed over the first two phases. The houses have been carefully designed to meet the needs of all types of home owners, from those just starting out to growing families that are in need of more space. All houses are finished to the highest of building standards and benefit from NZEB principles/A2 energy efficiency ratings.

The development required a new pumping station designed in association with Irish Water. BRH Design Partners have provided end to end services for the project including master planning the estate, designing the houses and completing all architectural and engineering input for the planning application. A tender package was completed for the project. C-Field Construction were selected as the preferred bidder and BRH are now completing the engineering, architecture, design certifier, assigned certifier and PSDP services for the development. Phase 2 has recently commenced.
