Watercourse Road Residential Development

Details:

Watercourse Road is a development of 37 apartments to be constructed on a derelict site between Blackpool and the N20. A public private partnership between Cork City Council and Citidwell Homes will see the rejuvenation of the derelict site through the Part 8 process.

BRH Design Partners have provided end to end architectural and engineering services for the project including master planning the site and designing the apartments while engaging with Cork City Council on their requirements.
